My greatest fulfillment comes from seeing someone believe in themselves again, improve their health, create more time with family, or discover they’re capable of far more than they once imagined. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I’ve committed my life to learning, growing, and sharing what has helped me so others can build a life they’re proud of—on their own terms.
