Would you be surprised if I told you that cigarettes are NOT a good source of Vitamin C? How about if I told you that watching HOURS of Reality TV will not raise your IQ? Or that drinking soda is the best way to hydrate your body?
Probably not right?
In the same light, it is safe to say that we know that we should all workout, eat healthier, sleep 8 hours, and be kind to others? These are all good habits.
Just because this is common knowledge does it make it ANY EASIER?
Of course not and let me explain to you why. In this life, knowledge is only part of the battle. Without any action, knowledge is oftentimes meaningless. Action to follow through with what we know to be the right thing is often the hardest part. This is why positive habits and “New Year Resolutions” are hard to keep. What are some things that help YOU to follow through on GOOD HABITS?
