21 Day Fix Extreme Details
I am super excited to bring you the 21 Day Fix Extreme details and release date after attending the Team Beachbody Leadership Retreat in Scottsdale AZ! I had the opportunity to listen to Autumn share the details with us and why this program is here for you. Celebrity trainer and national bikini competitor Autumn Calabrese has combined simple eating with extreme fitness to help people achieve their goals. The photos I am sharing in this post are of my good high school friend Jake and his 100 lbs weight loss with the original 21 Day Fix program. Below I have shared with you some of the details that I know about the 21 Day Fix Extreme details and release date!
- Release date is February 2nd 2015
- 21 Day Countdown to Competition menu plan included
- 7 workouts
- Workouts are 30 minutes long
- All of the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts include weights ( Which is new)
- Takes the workouts of the original 21 Day Fix to the next level to really get you prepared for a trip, event, or competition
The containers are the same as in the original 21 Day Fix but in different amounts designed for more extreme results. There are 2 different meal plans: One is the bikini competition diet and the other is more strict than the original 21 Day Fix menu plan. There will be no cheats like in the original 21 Day Fix with the Wine and Chocolate left out.
