22 Minute Hard Corps
I want to share with you my friend Steven’s results with the new 22 Minute Hard Corps workout program which was produced by Tony Horton the creator of the original P90X. Steven prior to his journey was a restaurant owner who spend many hours building a business away from home. After having some amazing results with Beachbody programs he realized and learned that he could become a Team Beachbody Coach. He was already helping people with these programs and fell in love with that process. The 22 Minute Hard Corps workout is literally just 22 minutes a day and in the form of a boot camp workout. As a dad its not easy at times to find me to squeeze in a workout but its been fun to watch Steven and his posts on Facebook as he shares his journey and involves his family.
