Beachbody Skeptic- Transform your life
  • Beachbody Skeptic

    Bryan Puleo

Bryan told me that he started out at 307 lbs and wearing a size 54 pant.  He is now down to 192 lbs  wearing a size 34 pant.  But did you know that he was a TOTAL Beachbody Skeptic.  Did you know that I was a skeptic.  Not in a sense where I didn’t think that the workouts actually worked but that Team Beachbody Coaching and the network was a legitimate way to earn an extra income by helping others. If you are a skeptic I am PUMPED because it means that you are JUST like Bryan and I and I love somebody that has strong opinions about things in life.  It means you can stand up for something.  The thing with ME though is that I had to get to a point in my life where I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.  For me personally it was drinking energy drinks, never seeing my wife, and taking every overtime shift that I possibly could just to keep our little family of 5 and our heads above water.  I want you to read what Bryan shared with me as I asked him how much his life has changed since he CHANGED from being a Beachbody Skeptic into a believer.

How did I feel before Beachbody:

I was a complete skeptic who was in the midst of a deep and dark depression and also an emotional eater. I was on anti-depressants and tipped the scales at 307lbs. I had lost all faith in God, and was hopeless thinking my obesity and depression would never go away would be something I’d have to deal with all my life just as I had up to this point. I certainlly wasn’t sure that Beachbody, specifically the 21 Day Fix & Shakeology would work but I knew I had nothing to lose.

How do you feel NOW vs before you started?

I’m a completely different person. I have more energy, and am more confident and sure of myself. I believe in myself and believe that I have self worth and something worth sharing and contributing to this world. I’m a 2x college drop out who for the last 3 years has job hopped trying to figure out just what I want to do and NOW I have a mission and passion to help others the way so many in the Beachbody community have helped me along the way. Life has meaning and purpose. I’m no longer in a depression, and no longer on medication, although emotional eating is something that I still deal with but just not to the extent and severity that I used to. I was and am a dad of 4 who was battling obesity, depression, anxiety, and emotional eating, AND now I’m a dad of 4 who’s more physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually fit, who’s got a mission and passion in life to help others overcome the way I have.

Why are you going to continue your journey and help others?

When I first joined Beachbody I was a Beachbody skeptic and the ONLY reason I signed up as a coach was to get the discount. I figured if by some slim chance it did work, I didn’t want to pay full price. Needless to say it worked and I’m no longer a skeptic! Up to this point, most of my time as a Beachbody coach, has been spent working on my own journey and sharing here and there. I’m now continuing not just as a discount coach but a coach who wants to help change others lives, Now my mission and passion in life is to help others in the way that so many others helped me. I’ve not done this journey alone and I want to be a part of helping others along their journey as well. Beachbody is not just a company, a product or a service but it is a family. Beachbody and the Beachbody community has helped change and completely transform my life. I see the change this has not only had on me but on my kids and wife, and I see the opportunity through Beachbody to complete that mission and at the same time spend more time with my family and build a future for them.”
