So here is the start of my COMEBACK after shattering my collarbone in 7 places this past January. These are the best Body Beast results I have had since the program originally came out. The are the best Body Beast results I have had because I have been 100% on with my workouts and have gone from 163lbs to 183lbs in the first 60 days. I am going into the 3rd phase now! Everyone has been asking what I have been using as far as supplements and I kept it really simple without any guesswork. I use Shakeology with E&E for breakfast and hit my workout about 30 minutes after that. Then I used religiously the Beachbody Performance line ( I was in the Beta Test group) This included Energize ( Pre-supplement), Hydrate ( during workout), Recover ( post workout), Creatine( with post workout), and Recharge ( before bed). I have been challenging myself and making sure that I am upping my weights every 1 or 2 weeks.
The awesome thing is that I was able to stay on track while 8 days in Cancun, 5 days in Canada, about 14 days in Island Park and through Memorial Day. I am going to bring it to you guys with NO EXCUSES because I want that Infomerical so bad with Sagi Kalev. I can see it happening and will trust the process as I eat all these calories needed to really BEAST up!
