Ben, just like myself struggled with self-esteem throughout life.  I never really understood how to build self esteem and always fell into bad habits where I tried to fit in and be accepted in society.  It was false thinking when it comes to learning how to genuinely build self esteem and worth.  If you struggle with self-esteem you don’t want to continue seeking other people’s approval or you will always be unhappy.  It’s important to work hard on growing yourself in healthy ways and learning how to serve others.  When you give service to others.  You build self esteem and worth in yourself in a healthy way.  I am super proud of Ben and how he is finding himself and getting in the best shape of his life.  He is always challenging himself with his fitness goals and striving to serve and help other people.

“I got started because I was no longer my athletic self. I had tried working out to get back into shape. I had lost it all after not being a part of organized sports and I just felt like I was guessing when I would go to the gym. It made me a negative person because I felt like I failed myself.

I went from my lowest self esteem and confidence to now I’m at my highest. I never thought I’d see the day when I would be doing pushups on 4 medicine balls (thanks P90X2), but now I’m still working hard and trying to see where I can push myself both physically and mentally. I feel fantastic!

I will continue to help others because I realize how good it is to improve yourself but it’s even more rewarding to see someone else who improved themselves. Since Summit 2015, I’m now P90X certfied and helping others in weekly P90X classes. It’s a completely rewarding experience that I intend to continue as long as I can.”
