Cure for IBS

As a Team Beachbody Coach I can’t claim that we have a cure for IBS but I can share stories of our friends and customers who have found a solution to different aspects of their life.  IBS is Irritable Bowl Syndrome.  “Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder that leads to abdominal pain and cramping, changes in bowel movements, and other symptoms. IBS is not the same as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which includes Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. In IBS, the structure of the bowel is not abnormal.”  If you or somebody you knows has trouble with IBS I want to recommend reading how replacing one meal a day with Shakeology has helped her with a problem she has had for over 10 years.

cure_ibsI am Terry’s coach and she was assigned to me through the Team Beachbody Lead program after a buying a workout through an infomercial.  This is what she said to me after using Shakeology for only 2 days.  “Down another 2 lbs and back on track with my workouts!  The Shakeology has done way more than I could have imagined in just a weeks time..I have suffered from IBS for about 15 years.. VERY irregular.. Once a week if I am lucky.. On DAY 2 of replacing my breakfast with the shakes..and for 5 days straight I have been “regular”.. That hasn’t happened in 15 years… I have tried everything under the sun! This was insane!! If I didn’t lose another pound..I will still use shakeology for that benefit alone..though I can tell it has done wonders for me already! Wow..sorry..I know that was probably TMI..but.. you have no idea what a HUGE deal that is for me!! Have a great time at the Team Beachbody Summit!!”

I’m challenging YOU today to give it a try for 30 days and see how it improves your health.  Shakeology is not just a meal replacement, it is dense nutrition to help you with your long-term health goals.
