The coach that brought Beth into Team Beachbody and our team quit shortly after. I’m going to celebrate my friend and show you how to earn money with Beachbody.
She had just moved to a new town and didn’t know anybody
She was one of the busiest people I know when she started
She went through a pregnancy and the birth of her daughter
She had all the excuses one could use to say, this won’t work for me, but my friend, she’s like you and I. She wanted more out of life, she didn’t want to feel stuck, she wanted to LEVEL UP her life, and she wanted to help others.
Beth is the kind of leader who looks for opportunities to serve. There’s been MANY times in the past year where I have been in a trial, and she’ll send me tools and resources to help not just me but the entire team. There’s something incredible about mentoring and seeing somebody that you know will go on to do more than you.
We had the opportunity to spend the past weekend with Beth Isbell and her team, the Dream Dynasty. The minute I walked into that home and the kitchen where everyone was gathered it was evident to me, like a full circle moment, why Beth has the income that she has. It’s a direct reflection of the number of lives she has changed. Not her number of sales or her rank. I think many times somebody is labeled a LEADER that is actually just good at sales.
A leader has INFLUENCE and creates other leaders. In January of 2020 and at her 3 year mark in our team she’s hit big goals with her business with a ton of hard work, sacrificed sleep, and taking the judgements of the internet trolls.
Yesterday 3 of her coaches advanced to 2 star diamond. Mallory Landry, her husband Brett, and her sister Rachel Lynn. Beth also advanced her business to 4 Star Diamond Qualifying.
This week she is being celebrated and spoiled at Beachbody Corporate with a New Leader Conference and is learning from some of the best on how to serve and take her team to the next level!
