We all want to be an example to kids and know that words don’t speak as much volume as our actions.  One of my main roles is to help parents who want to spend more time with their kids and less time at work become the best versions of themselves and to strengthen their mind, body, and spirit so that they can live a healthier more fulfilling life.  I want to share with you a few words from my friend Scott who has made some pretty drastic changes in his life but they started as simple daily positive steps.  Everyday I am blown away by friends, family, and our clients as they completely change their outlook on life. Scott is currently on week 4 of the Bulk Phase of Body Beast and has done some Master’s hammer and Chisel as well. His all-time favorite trainer is Sagi from Body Beast.

“Before Team Beachbody I felt like crap, no energy, high blood pressure, borderline diabetic. I was constantly sore.

Now I feel like a an entirely new person! I have energy and can keep up with my kids, blood pressure is back to normal and I am no longer at risk of diabetes! Only time I’m sore is after I crush a workout!

I am continuing to better myself every day to set a positive example to my kids, my family and friends that with hard work you can achieve anything! I enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals and if my transformation inspires others then it was all worth it!”
