Gain Solid Muscle

I want to share with you what has been happening with my good friend Casey O’Brian.  He has always been into fitness and working out at the gym but with a very time consuming job and extensive working out he knew something needed to change. He wanted to gain solid muscle without having to spend 2+ hours at the gym which is what he was having to do before.  With a busy work schedule he began to have less time, fell away from working out for a couple of months, and began to eat more carbs.   He saw my video on Youtube about Body Beast and saw that I was getting results like he wanted to have but doing it in only 30-50 minutes a day.  Casey started Body Beast 23 days ago and is starting to gain solid muscle by simply following the Body Beast Schedule and the meal plan.
