I want to share the results with the Beachbody Challenge from my friend Guy Mofley who was inspired to become a Team Beachbody Coach after helping his daughter go through a transformation after the birth of her child. He had always been a big fan of the Beachbody workouts as a customer but after experiencing this with his daughter he realized that he had the ability to inspire and help others. They wanted to find a way for her to generate some income as a stay-at-home mom and new mother. I am inspired by my friend Guys workout results but almost more inspired by the reason why he became a coach. As a father of 5 I know what it feels like to want more for your children and Guy made this decision to become a coach so that he and his daughter can build a business from home doing something that they absolutely love.

How did you find out about Team Beachbody? Until recently I’ve only seen myself as a Beachbody customer. I really became interested in team Beachbody and coaching after watching my oldest daughter loose weight and get fit after childbirth. I watched her transform into a super fit, super confident young lady and I was there on the side – coaching, encouraging and pressing her to keep going. The difference I’ve seen in her, her husband, and children is fantastic. A few months ago I suggested we look at how she might generate an income as stay at home mom. After watching several videos on team Beachbody with her I was fired up myself so I signed up my wife and I as coaches. My daughter joined a few days later.
How do you feel NOW vs before you started? Short answer: aligned. It’s like my body caught up to my outlook on life. I never really thought much about being healthy and for the most part have been really blessed. No major illness, nothing in pain and a positive outlook on life. They say it’s what you don’t know, that you don’t know that’s the real prize. I really had no idea what I was missing out on. That feeling of strength, the ability to do most anything at anytime a rich deposit of self confidence. There all part of who I am now. No turning back.
Why are you going to continue your journey and help others? My yearly physical test results are now painting a fundamentally different story about where I’m headed and how the latter part of my life will be different than when first surveyed at age 44. So what now? In my opinion, being fit is really only half done if the results are not employed for the greater good. Isaiah’s proclamation of purpose “Here am I, send me” now has a wildly, unscripted, super exciting meaning for me. Fueled by results and motivation, I’m forging new ground, testing new things an all the while encouraging everyone I can to “keep going – change is possible!”
