How to develop other Leaders
Training Series to Develop Diamond Coaches
The question is always, How to develop other leaders in my company or organization? It’s what I always wondered as a brand new diamond coach back in June of 2011 after I hit Diamond in 93 days. I spent the next 9 months at the same rank of diamond wondering how to develop other leaders. This is why I took on the 52 Book Challenge and set a goal to read at least 52 books in a year. Now 4 years later we have 30 Personally Sponsored Diamond Coaches and a team of 39,000 coaches across the country. You would think, you’ve got it made Scottie, sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labors right? My answer to this is NO!!. If you are not growing, you are dying. Because I always want to make things easier for others than it was for me, it’s my passion to teach things and make them a little easier to understand. Our diamond coaches and I put our heads together in a video chat 3 months ago and decided what all coaches needed to hear and learn to take their business from a hobby to a legitimate business. We came up with our diamond dash training and got the best coaches on our team to teach each subject accordingly. We just barely finished our diamond dash training and in just 52 days we produced 63 new diamonds and 9 of them were my personally sponsored coaches. (as a matter of fact, one of our diamonds did it in her first 6 days after signing up as a Team Beachbody Coach) Everybody has been wanting to know how to develop other leaders and how to help their coaches get to diamond so we will save or archive our recorded calls from the past 7 weeks below in this post.
