How to Lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks
I want to share the current results of my friend Wayne Cole! He is only 5 weeks into his Body Beast journey and is feeling amazing! I love how interactive and fun he is in our Body Beast Accountability group on Facebook. When I saw his progress pictures yesterday I couldn’t help but ask him if I could share his current progress as I know many of you would love to learn how to lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks as well. Wayne is doing the Beachbody Challenge and “All In” with creating his transformation.
“Ok guys here’s me about 10 yrs ago (about 240lbs) but I didn’t start working out til July 2013 with Total Gym then switched to Body Beast in February this year lost 12lbs in 5 weeks with BB! I love BB and it will take me to the next level in my health journey!”
“I started Body Beast and the Challenge with Scottie because I felt good yet wanted a more challenging program that I could track my progress using weights/dumbbells. Wasn’t very expensive and was fun! I feel great I’ve lost 10-12lbs in 5 weeks doing BB! I’ll continue because the results don’t stop after 90 days they usually get better plus I’m creating a lifestyle habit. I want to never go back to carrying an extra 40-50lbs of fat for health reasons! Blood pressure-joints-heart stuff etc. Beast up!”
