What is this “ I’m getting old BS”. It’s that we’re feeding ourselves highly processed CRAP and sitting at desks the majority of our time. I bet your slouched right now reading this post. Stand up, walk, shoot some hoops, ride your bike, wrestle the kids, or heck, do some P90X like my boy Jaime.
He just finished 90 Days in our fitness/nutrition challenge and he killed it!
“I started because I love to play soccer and I couldn’t play the way I wanted to Because I was fat and out of shape. Now I joined a semi-pro soccer team I’m 33 years old playing against 20 year olds and feeling better than when I was in my 20s. I’m going to keep it going because I feel great and I want to pass on my fitness passion to my kids. Hopefully I can motivate people to make changes in their life’s too.”
