Insanity the Asylum Volume 2

Shaun T cranks up the Insanity by 10 levels.  In order to be an elite athlete you have to work. A few of you may have gone through the 60 day Insanity challenge and a few of you may have even gone through and done Insanity the Asylum Volume 1 like I have and you know that this program will push you to the level of an Elite Athlete.  Before starting Asylum Volume 1 I could run a 7:30 mile at the age of 30.  After just just 30 days in the Asylum I ran a mile in 4:46 and got ripped.  My endurance levels and agility shot through the roof. I really feel like an elite athlete now.  Insanity Asylum Volume 2 will push you even further introducing new moves and techniques to make you better, faster, and stronger.
