Well as a lot of you know, I have been out of commission with a “man cold” and then this thing in my throat which by the way is still very painful. I have ordered my Insanity The Asylum and it will be arriving this week! We are trying to get together as many people as possible to go through this program the same time as us so we can push each other through the workouts. I will be posting a review on the program and how I feel it rates compared to others like P90X and Insanity. If you would like to do this wmake sure to get it ordered so that it can arrive on your doorstep before Monday the 1st of August rolls around and join us in The Asylum!
