Let's Get Up Sample Workout | Shaun T |

If you are anything like me, you are looking for the Shaun T Let’s Get up Sample Workout and looking forward to giving this new Beachbody workout a try! I first tried Shaun T’s new workout sample live with our team of coaches after our Beachbody Virtual Super Weekend this past Saturday. I want to give an honest review of the ONE Let’s Get up Sample Workout that I tried and let you know WHY I am going to do this entire program.

To be honest with you, I struggled really hard to keep up with the moves and choreography, however, I noticed that I was smiling, moving, and having fun with our team of coaches. I was also surprised to see that it wasn’t ALL dancing. There were Insanity style moves and workouts incorporated into the workout. I’ll be 40 this year and have 5 kids, 2 of which are competition dancers so I am committed to doing this with them throughout the spring and into summer as a great way to connect with them and find joy in our day. I LOVE lifting weights so I will be incorporating some lifting on the side for fun.

What Are the LET’S GET UP! Workouts Like?

The LET’S GET UP! program is 30-35 minutes of pure joy, 6 days a week, for 30 days.

The workouts consist of easy-to-follow cardio dance sequences, bodyweight resistance training, and even some INSANITY-based moves set to music.

The dynamic dance structure of each workout builds to a “performance moment” where you learn simple yet impressive choreography that’s perfectly crafted to post on all your social media platforms.

Make no mistake — the burn is real in this program. The dance moves will leave you dripping in sweat, plus Shaun adds two dumbbell resistance workouts per week to torch fat, raise your metabolism, and sculpt your entire body.

But you’ll be having so much fun, you’ll almost forget you’re working out!
