After reading this message from my friend Brady this morning and seeing it aligned with what my good friend Tate Cox shared on the company training call yesterday I want to share his story and this message with you. I personally LOVE a good gym workout with my best friend. I LOVE getting the chance to go lift heavier at the gym following the Body Beast program and not EVERY workout I do is in my home, basement, or in the garage. Many times I see people who love the gym and/or are personal trainers but against home workouts without ever trying one. When both Tate and Brady said they tried one of these home workouts that their wives were doing, they got better results than when doing their own thing in the gym. The important thing is that Brady decided to make healthier choices as a nurse. If you are up for the challenge, I have put a sample workout at the end of this blog post, TRY it and see how it works.
“I started beachbody because I was tired of being unhealthy. My wife was a coach with Beachbody and was doing one of the programs. I’ve always been a gym guy but after doing 1 workout I knew it was far harder than anything I had done in the gym. The way I feel now almost a year later doesn’t even compare to how I felt prior to starting these programs. I was so out of shape, I would get short of breath and sweat with any small amount of physical exertion. It was just sad. I’m a nurse and how can I tell others they need to “make healthier choices” when I also am unhealthy. The results that I’ve seen from doing these programs is so rewarding. I’m very grateful to be able to do them from the comforts of my own home. I always want to challenge myself and push myself. I will continue to do so so that I can witness the change physically and mentally.”
Brady and his wife Bailey have decided to become coaches so that they can get a 25% discount on their own products and have the ability to help others as Affiliates and earn 25% commissions. If you have results and would like to become a coach, reach out to me and let’s talk about your goals. email@example.com
