ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES

My wife made these amazing potatoes last night for dinner and we couldn’t help but want to share them with you. Yum!!! 😍😍 You know those yummy potato wedges you buy from the store?!? Just made these that taste just like them but “healthier” with baby red potatoes! They are roasted garlic potatoes that will go with about any meal that you want!

INGREDIENTS

3 lbs bag baby red potatoes, sliced

8 tablespoons olive oil

Salt, to taste

4 teaspoons garlic powder

4 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 teaspoons paprika

PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F/200˚C.

2. Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat.

3. In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Sprinkle seasoning on potatoes and toss to coat.

4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven.

5.Enjoy!
