November 7th 2010 -154lbs

March 7th 2011 -171lbs

 Here is a 4 month change from November 7th 2010 till March 7th 2011 from the front view.  I am currently 16 lbs heavier.  With summer just around the corner, I am going to start turning up the cardio so I can bring my six pack back out.  That is the one thing about gaining mass or bulking up that is inevitable.  If you want to gain bulk muscle you have to eat alot of calories (healthy calories),Lift heavy weight with low reps, and cut back the cardio.  I’m going to try to gain 5 more pounds and arrive at 175lbs and then cut fat during the summer with added running.
