Wear a Bikini after Baby | MM100 | ScottieHobbs.com

Whitney came to me with about 100 days until her vacation and a goal to lose the baby weight before she left. What mom doesn’t want to wear a bikini after baby? She got a 3 month membership to Beachbody on Demand and we had weekly check in’s to help hold her accountable. Today, she is officially a coach with our team so that she can get a discount on the products AND be able to help other women in the way she was helped with this goal. We’re excited to have her as a member of our team and excited to see the lives that will be transformed with her help and support!

“They say it takes you 9 months to carry a baby so give yourself 9 months to lose the baby weight. I started working out like 3 weeks post partum. As time went on, the harder I tried the more weight I would gain.

This has been one of the most infuriating processes I’ve ever gone through. I know my body, and it would NOT cooperate.

Here and there I would make baby steps but I was getting pretty pissed. I signed up for the Beachbody program which is great and I love it. Although I didn’t make it through all 100 workouts in the 100 days before my trip, I did do a little over 50 of them. That being said, almost all of the remaining ten pounds was lost from Jan 1- Jan 30. I had a goal to hit 141 by my 9 month mark, and I hit it exactly on Emery’s 9 months.

Wear a Bikini after Baby

January was about pure hard work and determination for me. I did a some home workouts on Beachbody on Demand, and a lot of gym time. I only missed 2 days of working out during January but did 2 workouts a day some days. I didn’t take a Sip of alcohol until we landed in Mexico on the 30th of Janaury. I cut out almost all meat (occasionally I still eat it because it’s delicious) and drank a shit ton of water and zero soda. It’s still a work in progress and a lifestyle that I want to maintain. But I feel so much better physically and most of all mentally. If you’re struggling, keep at it. You’ll have good days and bad days, it’s life! But consistency will pay off. And anyone that says “you’re so lucky” just don’t. There is NO LUCK in hard work!”
