I want to give a shout out to my friend Meagan who recently became a coach after falling in love with loving herself and working on her health and fitness.  It seems that almost EVERYBODY that we help get started on this healthier lifestyle wants to help others once they have made some changes in their lives and that is why Team Beachbody is so amazing and becoming a coach only makes sense.  There are 7 areas of our lives that we should set goals in and I will share them with you at the bottom of this post after you hear some words from Meagan about Achieving your goals.

“Change doesn’t happen in a day. Achieving your goals doesn’t happen with a snap of your finger. 
Each day, you wake up deciding if you want to continue the path you’re on or if you want to work towards something better. You are the one to make that decision, no one else. 
Almost 2 years ago, I took the picture in that mirror after realizing I had lost who I was. That day forward, I made a lot of changes in my life which included becoming a single mother. As I continue on my journey, I love to see the progress. My confidence, love for others, and willingness to conquer has grown so much. 
Never be afraid to do what you want because of the situation you’re in. More than likely, that is what is holding you from reaching your full potential.”
