Beachbody Challenge Results

I want to share Jason’s Beachbody Challenge results with you because I believe they are inspiring.  I am like Jason( in the fact that I didn’t have the support of others) as you can read below in his story.  Many of you out there are just like Jason and most likely already own one of our programs.  P90X, Insanity, Body Beast, Turbofire, and Les Mills Combat are just to name a few.  The thing that is missing is the support of a coach and a community to help you stay accountable to making it a lifestyle change and not falling back into old habits like what happened with Jason.  I’m inspired by you Jason and know that you will continue to inspire MANY more people on your journey as a Team Beachbody Coach.   Many more Beachbody Challenge results will come into our team because of the inspiration you are and the passion that you have for helping others.

“Just a quick summary though my time with Beachbody goes back about 5 years after meeting Shiva that is when the real results came. I purchased P90x on impulse after seeing the infomercial. Did the workout one time got okay results then gave up on it. Did this 2 more times mind you I put more and more weight back on each time I quit. So we’ll fast forward to December 2012. I created an IG account for the heck of it, posting pics here and there. One day a gorgeous woman (Shiva) liked one of my pics, me being a guy I am okay wow who is this so I start following her noticing that she is in to the Beachbody programs. So I asked about what program she was doing and explained my history about doing the program but not staying motivated which was my biggest problem. She then tells me about her Facebook challenge groups and Shakeology (already had P90X). So January 7, 2013 began my true journey with Beachbody. Started at 226lbs after I completed P90X I was 204lbs. Then I decided to purchase Insanity with strong encouragement from my coach, I then lost more weight and toned up. My goal weight was 190lb I am now a 186 lbs. In better shape than I was when I was in Army.”

I catch myself staring at this pic 4.5 months and 40 pounds behind me. I believe we call that dedication, I love being a Beachbody coach, I inspire people everyday. I was once told by a friend.

“I can’t wait to watch a video I have no clue what this is all about but you make it sound so good that I’m so intrigued”

My reply which was and is 100% true!!

“No its not me that makes it sound that way, Its just that I am explaining to you everything I’ve went through.”
