**AS PROMISED** ( YES YOU CAN SHARE THIS POST) Here are my 90 day Body Beast transformation photos from the round that I just completed. I have been working super hard and didn’t hit my goal of 175 lbs so with that said, I will be starting my next round when we get back from Scottsdale in 8 days. For those of you who don’t know my stats, I am 5’11” and currently now at 168 lbs. In the past 90 days the difference between my Day 1 photo and my Day 90 photo is a gain of 11 lbs. I did this whole transformation without going to a gym and since I know I will be asked I will put the details in this post so that you know what I am doing. I followed the Body Beast workouts Bulk Schedule.
*I have 2 scoops of E&E ( Energy and Endurance) pre-workout with a scoop of Tropical Vegan Strawberry Shakeology. *Post workout I have 2 scoops of R&R ( Results and Recovery) with 2 scoops of Max Creatine *In the evening when I am starving and craving my junk like chips and salsa I have a 2nd Tropical Shakeology to curb the cravings and give me some good dense nutrition to sleep on. * I ate around 2800-3200 calories daily * I use Power Block Urethane Adjustable weights and a bench.
