Do unassisted Chin Ups | Young Mom Fitness at home |

I want to share with you the awesome results of my friend Melodie Ryan who wanted to do unassisted Chin ups. She’s been on our fitness journey withus using home fitness programs for the past 5-6 years but as never neen able to d unassisted chin ups until she completed this program called the 6 Weeks of the Work. Her next goal is to be able to do an unassisted Wide Grip pullup and I believe she will make it happen! Melodie has been an awesome example of being a fit mom even with a busy lifestyle. She’s also built a side income as a Beachbody Coach on our team which has allowed her to work 2 less days a week at her full-time job!

🔥6 Weeks of The Work🔥

💥Progress: went from 24 toe push ups to 46, added 40 seconds to wall sit, added 40 seconds to plank hold.

I was able to do unassisted chin up

(This was my goal)

💥Weight: depends on the scale but lost a few pounds and down to 20% body fat Trying to get away from the scale results.

💥Review: One word “AMAZING” loved the focus of getting stronger! 5 days a week only, about 45 min. Did all the workouts from home gym around my work and kids activities.. lots of push and pull moves… not 1 workout in 6 weeks was a repeat. The time flew by..

Beachbody did something different with this program and made it Intermediate for those that have been fit for years and need to break the plateau.

💥Trainer : @amoila_cesar NBA professional trainer, he was intense, loved all the explicit language that’s my style when working in the gym. 

I found him super motivating and knowledgable

💥Meal Plan: Super Easy to follow, and for my sanity I added 1 cheat meal a week

💥Final Thoughts:New Fave program, that I will be completing again soon! Feeing super strong and accomplished…
