Fit Over 50
As we wrap up our first test group with this new program that has 30-40 minute workouts that are just 4 times a week and a simple meal plan I am excited to share the first results that have come in. This is my friend Lorna who is PROUD to share how strong she is at the age of 53. When I got the message from her sharing her excitement about the possibility of joining the test group I knew that she would be somebody who followed through and completed the program and so I chose her. In the past 60 days she has showed up daily for herself and others in the group. She lost 11 lbs and dropped a dress size as well. I do believe I see some ABS too!

I wanted a challenge to push myself and I live weight training. I feel amazing now much fitter, stronger, and more confident. I intend to carry on with this program and other Beachbody exercises as it feels more of a lifestyle now. I’m still not where I want to be bodywise but certainly on the way. I’m proud that I’m so fit and strong at the age of 53!
