In this blog post I am going to share some exciting news about a test group and also show you how to sample the free Liift4 workout! I AM SOOOO PUMPED!! I just got the HUGE NEWS I’ve been chosen for a test group for a brand new program combining LIFTING & HIIT. It doesn’t release until OCTOBER but I get to start it in JULY and select some of you to do it with me for SUMMER!!

So here is the deal. I get to hand select a few people to do it WITH ME, with Joel Freeman & with our nutrition team!! Our first test group for this new program is July 16th. I’m looking for 10 people that want to start on on this July 16th date with me.
