Get fit after Pregnancy
I’m sitting here are the Team Beachbody Coach Summit in Nashville with over 25,000 coaches and I get tagged on Facebook by my friend Emily Shields. We have been working together on helping her get fit after pregnancy and she finally hit her goal weight today. What is MORE exciting is that she knows that it’s just the beginning and that she can do much more than she thought possible now after hitting that goal. Emily, I am so dang proud of you and this photo today made my day! What I love about Team Beachbody is that we don’t promise easy results.
