Physiological benefits of Exercise | ScottieHobbs.com

“Exercizing on a regular basis provides physiological benefits that are often as effective, or even more effective than pharmaceutical interventions. The Physiological benefits of Exercise are too many to count. Many diseases can be prevented and even treated with regular exercise. Diseases like hypertension, diabetes, obesity and even depression all respond very well to a structured exercise regimen. People who exercise also can enjoy a higher quality of life.”

I was reading an article this morning that shared why working out is so important to us. I want YOU to remember that it’s not about your weight on a scale, what you look like compared to somebody else, or even a 6 pack. It’s all about taking care of yourself. Tomorrow we get to listen to my friend Karla Degal’s share about her journey and how she changed her life with workouts and a new found love of helping others.

Physiological benefits of Exercise

“My journey has been a learning experience of self-love. It all started about 5 years ago when I was going through a silent depression that was affecting my physical and emotional health. With being recently married, my husband working out of the state, and starting my career as an entrepreneur I started to slide downhill. That’s when I decided to take a leap of faith. After following the person who would become my coach for a full year, I finally decided to give this system a try, and I am so happy that I did. I have lost 27 pounds, I’ve discovered a passion for helping others, and most importantly, I was able to find my purpose in life. Now, as I am expecting my first child, I am ready to embrace a new journey that is ahead of me. I am excited to start this new experience with the knowledge of being able to have a healthy pregnancy and serve as an inspiration for this new niche of first-time mamas in my community.”
