I want to give a huge shout out to Michelle.   If you are like me you see this picture and you are like, “What the heck did she do?”  Michelle was a part of a Challenge/accountability group and started out with the 21 day fix extreme, and did two complete rounds of that program. She is now currently on her 2nd round of 22 Minute Hard Corps and look stronger than ever.  Being healthy is not about being skinny, it’s about being strong in your own skin.  Thank you for your incredible example Michelle and we are excited to see you continue your journey and helping others.  You can follow her on IG @lov3thew0r1d

“My life before I was lost, I worked out from time to time with kickboxing and outdoor activities but I never knew how to eat healthy and portion control!  I was unhappy and felt uncomfortable in my clothes. I knew that I needed to make a lifestyle change and saw that a friend was coaching and had all these motivating people around her!! I wanted to be a part of that after seeing her results! I knew that I had nothing to loose!

I never knew how much I would LOVE coaching and helping others change thier lives, both physically and mentally! I am going to continue because I love the way it makes me feel and love how it has positively influenced my family and friends around me!!!”
