Workouts for Moms

I have been super excited to share this transformation story of my friend Shaina. We have been working together for awhile now and she is a wife and mother to 5 beautiful children.  She fell in love with Beachbody workouts and has found that it has really helped her be able to manage the pain with her fibromyalgia.  She has done Insanity Max 30, Les Mills Combat, T25, and 22 Minute Hard Corps.  These are all great workouts for moms who are busy and find it hard to leave the home and get to a gym daily.  It’s fun being your Beachbody coach Shaina and I am excited to see you continue getting stronger and better in all areas!


“I wanted to be confident about myself and not self conscious. To be fit and healthy, so I can run around with my 5 kids and do the things I love to do! Since starting, I have alot more energy. I also have the will do get my workouts done everyday! Alot more confident.  I will always continue this journey so I can get better and stay active. So I can do the things I love and not be held back. Having fibromyalgia makes it hard but I push myself no matter what, and in the end it makes the pain alot more manageable. Takes time, patience and drive to get a workout in everyday but if you stick with it it’ll become part of your daily routine. As it has mine!”
