6 Tips for Mothers to Gain Back Confidence

If this message helps you PLEASE click SHARE below and pass it on to other Mothers to let them know they are INCREDIBLE.

I was sitting here today after talking with my friend Nikki and wanted to talk about something that I think is so important for Women and MOTHERS.  So often in life we get caught up with doing the things that need to be done as parents, especially you Mothers.  You wake kids up, brush their teeth, make them breakfast, clean them up, help with homework, get them to school, do the laundry, do the dishes, prepare meals, go grocery shopping, bath kid, brush their teeth again, read stories, say prayers with them, put them to bed, argue with them to go to sleep and its an endless battle of never ending THINGS that need to be done.  What happens?  You forget that YOU are important.  You forget to realize that you need to be healthy and take care of your well-being so that you can BE that super mom or wife that you want to be.  Here are a FEW things that I want to share with you that I know can help you become better and more capable of being truly happy in your role as a Mother.

1.) Set aside time to relax- at LEAST 15 minutes a day(Stretch, do yoga, meditate, have no distractions.)

2,) Set aside at least 30 minutes of your day to be ACTIVE and work on your health and fitness.  I know you want your pre-baby body back and YOU deserve it.

3.) Realize that the house doesn’t have to be spotless 24/7.  Kids will be kids, let them play with things.

4.) Set goals

5.) If you have a dream or purpose go after it.  You will FEEL alive.

6.) Read 15 minutes a day of uplifting books.

I REALLY loved this message from Kid President as a message to you Mothers out there.  You are all AMAZING and I want you to understand that.

My friend Nikki Told me-

“I started because I felt miserable. I was going through a custody battle with my ex for my daughter, and I was super busy homeschooling, coaching cheer, and teaching at my church. There was no time for me. I often cried when I was getting ready for the day….We had a family photo shoot one day and that is when I realized.  When I looked at those pictures it solidified everything I was feeling! I started with 10 Minute Trainer, have done Chalene Extreme, Focus T25, and wrapping up Asylum now. I’ve lost 35 pounds to date and grown confidence that I never in my life knew I had”

I am super proud of you Nikki and its exciting for you to have that confidence in yourself and to gain control of your life.  I promise you that if you FOCUS on YOU, you will be better able to be that INCREDIBLE mother that God intends you to be.
