I want to share with you the results that our fellow Team Beachbody coach has had with Brazil Butt Lift. This is only in the first 30 days. She followed Clean eating principles and went mostly raw foods for these 30 days she says, “Ate fresh organic Veggies and Fruits and got most to my proteins from the veggies. I think I ate Chicken and Fish only 5 days out of the 30 because I have been taking a lot of Healthy and Raw Foods Classes which we made a lot with Veggies.”
Remember that your results will be 80% nutrition so stay disciplined to your meal plans and plan ahead to avoid temptations throughout the day when you get hungry. Always carry healthy snacks that you can use throughout the day.
