I want to share some thoughts and a post form Lauren that was in our challenge group on Facebook just a couple of days ago.  There is a transformation that is often UNSEEN from the outside and she shares it well.  You come alive when you find something you are excited about and when you add a little purpose into your life.  Lauren shares with us how in just three weeks she has found genuine joy in working on herself and staying connected with other amazing individuals.

I’ve made new friends just from chatting about health and fitness goals
– I’m proud of myself for the first time in a while

It’s crazy how just from eating a little cleaner and doing a few workouts my aura is shifting. Do you see that smile? It’s actually REAL now.

I’ve missed this version of myself.

You can do this just like me. I’m sitting at well over 100 lbs to lose. You can be happier and more joyful and wear it from the inside out.

It’s a single first step.

I have always loved that quote. Nutrition and Exercise are the cheapest and most underused form of anti depressants.
