P90X3 for Girls
I am SUPER proud of Tasha Wicker and her results with P90X3 in our Super Challenge Group on Facebook. She just finished her 90 days and was 100% committed to making this a lifestyle change. So committed in fact that she became a Team Beachbody Coach on day 1 so that she would be all in with her commitment level knowing that others would be watching her. In her first 90 days of the Beachbody Challenge and also of her journey as a brand new Team Beachbody Coach she has achieved her main goal of learning a healthier lifestyle but as also helped quiet a few of her friends and family begin their own journey of health and fitness. It was so amazing to see Tasha’s Day 90 Chin-up progression video where she did 6, that is right, SIX chin ups. What’s so cool about that? When Tasha began her journey over 90 days ago she could not even do one chin up. I love seeing that she feels empowered by challenging herself and encouraging others to do the same.
