Vegetarian Stuffed Bell Peppers

One of our new coaches shared this recipe and picture with us in our Beachbody Challenge group and I knew that I needed to share it with you all.  Even if you are not a Vegetarian I know that you will love this healthy recipe.  These Vegetarian Stuffed Bell Peppers will make a great addition to your list of healthy items you can add into your meal plan.  Try the recipe out and comment below what you think about them and if you would recommend them to others.


What you will need for the Vegetarian stuffed peppers
5-6 bell peppers
1 onion
3-4 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 cup brown rice
Mrs dash garlic seasoning (salt free)

turn oven on to 375
chop up your onion garlic and tomatoes
saute the onion and garlic then add tomatoes,mushrooms, cooked brown rice
add seasoning and Parmesan cheese if you want
once done cooking fill your peppers then bake for about 10 min 🙂
