Share your goals.
On a weekly team training recently somebody asked a question about not having time to “make posts” and Reels.
I don’t spend a lot of time doing that either I just share what I’m thinking about. That includes sharing goals, visions, and ambitions that I have.
I once asked one of my mentors. “How did you build seven six-figure businesses, when most people struggle to build one?”
He simply told me this, “We all have great ideas. Those who go on to achieve their goals and dreams are those that put those ideas out into the universe.
When you put your goals and dreams out into the universe, God will align other people with similar dreams and goals so that you can work together to accomplish them.”
11 years ago I wrote a 2 week notice to the JOB I thought I would be at until I was 67.
That first mortgage was the thing that kept me working 12 hour days and almost every Saturday. It kept my wife working night shifts and us having to drop our kids off at day care. It wasn’t the life I imagined.
I would lay awake at night trying to figure out how on earth we could pay off that house, send our kids on LDS missions, pay for 3 weddings, and be able to help support them as they go off to college one day.
Then a fitness program changed my life and I learned how I could share that with other people.
I had to sacrifice and work hard. We had to delay and be smart with our earnings by paying off debt and investing then instead of buying fancy toys.
