I want to take a few minutes this morning to recognize and celebrate the leadership of Brigitte Linford and these 6 other incredible women Alyssa Galios, Kinslee Isaman, Samantha Rosenthal, Lauren Burzynski, Kacia Fitzgerald, and Brittany Crosby. I’d consider them all as the best Beachbody coaches 2020 has to offer you.
It started with Brigitte making a decision and creating the team Forward Fitness.
Brigitte Linford was trying to break a plateau in her fitness by running back in 2011 when she stumbled upon a Facebook post where I was talking about a goal to pay off our mortgage. She Facebook “stalked” us by reading our daily posts, looking at the transformation photos, and watching what we did. She ended up buying Shakeology and P90X (not from me) and got the results she was looking for with her health and fitness.
A few months later she reached out and told me confidently that she wanted to be a coach, she believed in the products and that she could do what we were doing. A couple years later she earned the CEO Leadership award at our annual conference.
Each one of these ladies are leading teams that accomplished some pretty EPIC things last year. And have thereby earned the title of Premiere or Elite.
In our network of 400k coaches, only .05% hit PREMIERE OR ELITE title. It is THAT prestigious of a goal and accomplishment!!
Two of these ladies (who happen to be sisters) hit Elite and two coaches who started the year at diamond and ended the year Premiere. And a BRIGHT LIGHT of a human that lead her team to Premiere, locking it in just days before she passed away November 2019.
I wonder sometimes how we are so fortunate to have incredible leaders and friends in this amazing business and can’t help but thank God for helping us develop our talents and for bringing people into our lives like Brigitte Linford and the leaders she has helped develop.
