Elite Beachbody Coach

 

Last week I wrote a blog post humbly bragging about how our team of coaches have been an Elite Beachbody Coach team for 5 years straight.  Only 7 other teams have been elite longer.  You can read about it HERE.  I don’t want to just humbly brag abut our team but give you information and training that can help YOU and your team become Elite as well.  I will show you some fun and interesting Pie Charts that show you exactly WHAT the new 1st time Elite Coaches did in their business to create the success and teams they did in 2016 as first time Elite Beachbody Coach teams.  If you want detailed information on exactly how Elite points work and how to earn them I will be doing a team call on Wed, January 18th at 2:00 PM EST.  I will record the meeting and webinar then post it to my YOUTUBE Channel.  If you SUBSCRIBE to my channel you will receive a notification when it uploads.

 

One of the things that we do with our coaches is send out a personalized gift to each of our personal sponsored coaches who hits success club.  This is usually a personal development book to help them continue their personal growth journey as a person and coach.  We also have team retreats where Success Club is an incentive to come a night early or to earn the retreat at a slightly lower cost.

We host a team call every single Wed at 2:00 PM EST and have hosted calls since 2011 every single week.  These vary from trainings to Coach opportunity meetings to give our coaches a place to invite their prospects to.

These numbers really show you what the 2017 Elite Coaches did as far as a personal level of recruiting and Success Club in their business.  I was a 5X elite coach last year and sponsored on average 5 coaches per month to become an Elite Coach.

We are usually hosting a LIVE Coach opportunity meeting one time per month.  If you click on the coach training tab above in this blog you will see an archive of all our Coach opportunity meeting recordings.

In 2016 these are the average number of Success Club points earned by the Beachbody Elite coach teams for 2017.  I personally averaged 12 points a month in 2016.

It appears that close to 1/2 of the Elite Beachbody coach leaders for 2017 ran Facebook ads as a way to expand their network and grow their business.  I personally didn’t run any ads and relied on my personal Facebook page, my Youtube Channel, and this blog to help find people for me to work with in 2017.
