How do I get Healthy

I know many of you are out there asking the question of “How do I get healthy”?  If you were like me, you weren’t feeling good like you used to.  I was always in pretty good shape and then slowly through my 20’s and into my 30’s I became less and less healthy.  I resorted to energy drinks and breakfast burritos to fuel me through my day.  I just didn’t feel like I wanted to.  I was inspired to change by seeing a neighbor who was in awesome shape.  With that being shared I want to share with you my friend Mark who is an inspiration to many.  He is a Team Beachbody Coach who is inspiring many others to begin their journey of improving their health.  If you are looking to get healthy and don’t know where to start, I want you to reach out to me and let me know what your goals are and why you want to get started. “I got started a couple years ago and my very first one was P90. Then stopped for a while. Then started and stopped programs for a few years. Then a few months ago it really got kicked up and put me driven since my twin brother started talking smack and bet I could not do a spartan race. And then he bet my wife could not as well. So I went online and started checking out different programs. Then I saw Body Beast. And thought that program is something that I could do. So I bought it.  I get a message from Douglas.  Then to find out he is not that far off. Less then a hour. Well he started talking to me about diet and other stuff. Talked me into joining different Facebook groups like yours and then attending your Thursday calls TEAM CALLS. So far from my heavy days I was pushing 357 lbs. Today I am 217. At first I could not even make it even one 30 min P90 session. Now I can do a workout then do a 60 or min cardiovascular workout. My next program will be the full P90X program. Now I don’t get winded. I have completed 2 races this year. I will continue in this journey as long as I can. I still want to lose more weight. I am down to 25% body fat. I want to get down to 10% and get firmed up. I also want to provide a good role model for my 4 kids. I am drinking Shakeology daily.  I am eating clean. Last time I had fast food I got sick.”
