Liift 4 Results Men
If you have been following our Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, or this blog you’ll know that we have had the opportunity to help coach people through the Liift 4 program before it releases officially on Beachbody on Demand October 1st. These are my Liift 4 results men can relate too. I’m a busy father that runs a 7 figure business, has 5 children, and travels often. This program was a perfect match for me as it only required 4 workouts a week that ranged between 30-40 minutes. It’s also built for cross training so that you can enjoy other activities. Being as we were gone for 60 days this summer on a vacation, I spent many days hiking and/or doing small jogs in the mountains behind the Airbnb home that we rented. I wasn’t too concerned about “looking Ripped” or having a drastic transformation, I wanted something that I could maintain and keep a forward progress with my health and fitness with a BUSY summer schedule. I loved the combination of weight lifting, Hiit Cardio, and Core Conditioning. Keep a look out for more Liift results men and women alike as our first group is ending this weekend. If you are reading this post and thinking, dude… how did you go on a 2 month vacation? Read below and you’ll get a small glimpse before you and I talk about your goals.

I would like to be a Team Beachbody coach like you but I just don’t know what it is that you actually do in a day at “work!?!?!?!?🤔
This is a question I often times get. So many times we get really good at what we do and there is a fear of the unknown ( I was afraid for 8 months prior to starting).
It is a tough decision to learn new skills in life.😱
💡Before Beachbody coaching I was a Dental Lab Technician and then later wrote service manuals and helped run a service department for a steel company in Idaho Falls, Idaho. My roles were both very confusing and hard to understand at first but after sitting at my workspace or cubicle for a few months, day after day, I finally got better and more comfortable with what I was doing. I can promise you that each one of you reading this has had that feeling before as you started a new degree at school or transfer to a new job. Think about that. What did you DO to get GOOD at your job?
A church leader of mine and also a very successful CEO told me that the best place to learn how to help people is in the Bible. 👏🏻🙏🏻 For example, in the story of the talents, a businessman entrusts his wealth to the care of his servants while he’s away. When he returned, he evaluated each servant’s responsibility and rewards them accordingly. The owner says to them, “Well done good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your Master’s happiness”💫❤️
At the end of our life on Earth,🌏 we will be evaluated and rewarded according to how well you handled what God entrusted you. 👨👩👦👦💰That means EVERYTHING you do, even simple daily chores, has eternal implications. When I think of this in terms of being a Team Beachbody Coach. I feel that I have the responsibility every single day to do what we call the “4 Vital Behaviors”
1. Be proof the products work( improve our own health and wellness),🏋🏻
2. Do personal development ( grow ourselves daily)📚,
3. Invite Invite Invite ( build genuine connections with at least two new people a day and offer them a way to improve their life with Team Beachbody 👯
4. Recognition! 🏆
