Refeed Food List
It’s Wednesday February 21st and I woke up having forgot that it was Refeed Day with the 80 Day Obsession so I scrambled at 5:30 am this morning to download the Refeed Food List and my timed nutrition plan for this day and wanted to share it with you. The Refeed Food list was updated on February 14th, 2018 with great and new refeed food lists ideas. I want you to know that there will be a separate meal plan and guide for this specific Refeed Day as well as a Refeed Food list that shares what kids of supplemental Carbs that you will be able to use on this day. You will see the “yellow” with a BOLD “S”. This is where you use a yellow from the refeed food list. Here is a creative poem that was shared in our 80 Day Obsession Test Coach Group to lighten up your day and bring you a little fun.
‘Twas the night before Refeed Day
And all through the house,
Obsessors were stirring,
Trying to figure this thing out.
The cookies and brownies
Had been baked with care,
The smell of chocolate
Lingered in the air.
Some prepped their desserts Sunday,
Some knew they should wait,
With sweets just laying around the house
They’d more than likely take the bait.
(But you’re actually a lot stronger than they think. I mean HELLO- you’re doing this program. Give yourself some credit. But I digress….)
Every two to three hours
They’d get to devour,
Pies, crackers, and bagels
All made from white flour!!
Glycogen levels
Would soon be restored,
Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls
Would soon be adored.
They’re ditching the clean yellows
It’s time to get DIRTY,
They’ve lasted 34 days already-
Who could be more deserving?
Of the pretzels, and bagels,
And melon sorbet,
Of cornflakes and Rice Krispies,
And Apple Nachos- Olé!!
They’d have no problem waking up
For waffles and grits,
Or whatever else they wanted
From the supplemental yellow list.
They trusted AC
And all of her wisdom.
They had the upmost respect
For that Timed Nutrition.
And as they mentally prepared
For Total Body Core,
(Braced themselves for the moments they’d be
Out of breath and on the floor)
And as they imagined them taking
That first DIRTY bite,
They drifted off to sleep in anticipation-
