The Staying Fit Family started in the summer of 2010 when I was a few months into my first round of P90X. I was always posting my update pictures to my Facebook wall and talking about my progress. I decided that I wanted to make a group where I could motivate people to stay fit that had seen my transformation. For a long time there were 30 people in the group who were mostly all friends from high school or family. As I was introduced into the fan page of P90X, I began adding more friends into the group that were all doing P90X and other Beachbody products. The group is always growing and VERY active. I LOVE the daily motivation from every single member of this group. The original name of the group was P90X and later changed to Staying Fit. We began to feel like family and changed the name to Staying Fit Family. This name has stuck and I believe it will never change!
We have about 15 coaches in this group and the cool thing is, no one is ever asked to buy anything. It is purely for motivation. Most of us don’t even check our regular wall feeds anymore because it seems this group is all we need. We are full of positivity and full of energy. BE prepared for weekly challenges that will push you to do “more than expected”.
