Walk by Faith
I don’t know how exactly I ended up here in Sundance with the CEO and other top Corporate leaders of Beachbody on this last day of CAB meetings. I don’t know why we were picked to be one of the 8 coaches out of 450,000 to REPRESENT and be a voice for field as this Billion dollar company makes decisions about the future but one thing I do know is that I am exactly where I am supposed to be today. I feel BLESSED and want every coach, customer, and future customer to know that you are heard and we will only get better and stronger as we move into the next 5, 10, and 20 years as a family.
God doesn’t tell us exactly HOW to do something but he tells us that He will do it or direct our paths. Here is the thing that I always think about……. “Faith without works is dead”, so it’s important that you just start to WORK, that you start to move forward and then he can direct your steps as you go and walk by faith. If we sit around waiting for direction without being willing to move we may be waiting an entire lifetime for instructions knowing that the first instruction was to GO. To take one step and then the next.
This is walking in FAITH. Knowing that the end destination is there but not having to know every step that will be necessary along the way.
HE WILL do the SHOWING if you do the GOING. You don’t have to know exactly where you will be in 1, 3, or 5 years but its necessary that you go where he tells you to go today. Tomorrow when you wake up, He’ll show you where to go tomorrow and the next day, and the next day after that.
In all honesty if He would of tried to show me the entire road map detail for detail these past 5 years on where our life would be today, I would have FREAKED OUT and probably taken NO STEPS AT ALL.
I believe that God is simple in the fact of where he will tell you to GO, expects us to start walking and its a way for him to develop you as a person. I think of it also like driving a car. He expects US to push down on the gas pedal and he will do the steering.
If you have BIG goals for your life or if God has planted a vision and purpose in YOU. Just start moving forward. You don’t have to know the whole picture or roadmap right now. Walk by Faith.
