“21 days. Minimum of 30 minutes working out. Simple, clean eating. And 6 pounds down later. 

No one is going to do the work for you. It’s hard, like really hard sometimes and people will doubt you. They will tell you that your crazy. 

BUT it is more than just a body and my physical appearance, it’s confidence, a sense of pride and a lack of guilt. 

If you want it, you’ve got to wake up every day and tell yourself “I can do this!”
