“All my life I’ve struggled with self-esteem, anxiety, and depression which in return I’ve battled with my struggle of weight! I’ve had great weightloss in the past and I’ve also had weight gain! I truly didn’t know why or how I was on this roller coaster..until recently! I NEVER VALUED MYSELF! I always looked back to my past and beat myself up for what I should of done better or why I let myself go..or how I got in the position I was currently in! Not realizing, continually dwelling on my past was truly HURTING me! Most of you know that I joined Beachbody over 2 years ago..and although I don’t have this HUGE physical transformation..I have transformed myself from the inside first..and now working on the outside! In order to have that physical transformation that most of us want..we have to fight those inner demons inside that are holding us back from success! I was a single mother for 6 years..and I’m not gonna lie..it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done..yet rewarding! But there were MANY struggles!! I remember I was working full-time, a student and trying to see where this new business of mine would take me! Some of my most painful memories were not seeing my daughter, not being able to pay my bills, living off low income housing, government assistance, getting stuck in those payday loans, and having my utilities shut off in the middle of winter..and having to explain to a 5 year old the best I could of what was going on! Yet, making a promise to myself that my daughter and I wouldn’t live that way much longer!
I never considered myself as a leader or being truly successful..and always doubting my potential as a coach! I was always caught up in comparing myself to others..which I NOW know..I shouldn’t! But through my personal development..I’ve been able to get back up when I’ve fallen and I’ve been able to accomplish things I didn’t know were possible for myself and for others!”

“Through hard work, consistency, and helping others..I hit a huge milestone last week! I made enough from my Beachbody earnings in ONE WEEK to cover our mortgage payment for the month! This is HUGE for me! My fiance has always been a hard worker to provide..working 2-3 jobs at any given time..and currently works 2 jobs..has only 4 days off a month..and puts in 60-80 hours in a week! My GOAL is to bring him home from his 2nd job within ONE YEAR..while we pay down our credit card debt!
