Beachbody Les Mills Combat

First there was Les Mills Pump which gave you that rep effect for lean strong muscle tone. Now coming this fall I can’t wait to try Beachbody’s new and hottest at home fitness program and the ultimate mixed martial arts inspired workout called Beachbody Les Mills Combat. This preview was shown to us at the Beachbody Coach Summit in Las Vegas just last week. I have always wanted to train in some sort of martial arts now that I work from home full time as a Beachbody Coach so we are excited and can’t wait to start this out.

Beachbody Les Mills Combat will be available for pre-order this fall and be to you just in time for Christmas. This is filmed and produced in Auckland, New Zealand. This workout will be a combination of the best mixed martial arts such as:

Boxing
Muay hai
Tae Kwon Do
Kikboxing
Jiu-Jitsu
Karate
Capoeira
