I worked hard and consistent for close to 5 years in my job. 12 hour days Monday through Friday, taking the Saturday overtime shift, buying and selling things on Craigslist, and building custom signs for people. So how come I wasn’t getting ahead and the bills keep stacking?
I came to discover that working hard doesn’t guarantee success and having hope for something better isn’t a strategy.
I was introduced to my first personal development bookS. The Slight Edge, Think and Grow Rich, and The Millionaire Next Door.
I was beginning to discover that the key to my overall success and happiness would be through personal growth and development.
I learned that if you focus on goals, you may hit goals-but that doesn’t guarantee growth. If you focus on growth, you will always grow and always hit goals.
One of my favorite quotes is from James Alan‘s book called “As a Man Thinketh.” “People are anxious to improve their circumstances, but are unwilling to improve themselves; they therefore remain bound.”
Maybe you’re not ready to join our team where we strive to help you feel better and earn more income for your family and that’s okay. It took me over nine months once I found out about it to make the leap myself so I’ll never push you to join before you’re ready.

I’m going to encourage you to replace 1/2 hour of “scrolling social media” with 1/2 hour of intentional reading of a personal development book.
