Body Beast Review
Week 1- Huge Beast
Build Phase
My Body Beast review is going to be done with YouTube videos so that you can watch the progress and watch me grow over these next 90 days. My goal is to inspire you to push yourself and to do whatever it takes 24/7 to achieve your goals with health and fitness. Since Body Beast is a brand new product, I want to be able to provide you with all of the information you need and answer all the questions that you may have. I currently weigh 152.5 lbs and a have a goal to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle mass following this Body Beast Huge Beast schedule. I want to still have my abs where they are now if not better as well. I understand that nutrition will play a huge role in this aspect and hope to help you all key in your nutrition as well.
